Balla Recalls Two Famous Albanian Writers on Their Birth Anniversary

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla recalled the famous Albanian writers Dritero Agolli and Migjeni, on the occasion of their birthdays.

Balla participated in the Scientific Conference: "Migjeni and Dritëroi, two writers looking to the future" which was organized by the Academy of Sciences in commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the birth of Dritëro Agolli and 110th anniversary of Migjen's birth.

Through a post on the social networks, Balla expresses his gratitude to the Academy of Sciences for organizing this conference on this anniversary, publishing for the first time the Thesis of Dritëro's Diploma on Migjen's sketches and stories.

According to Balla, many know Dritëroi as a prose writer, publicist, essayist, thinker, critic but Dritëroi has also been a very important voice throughout the democratic process as a political thinker, with an irreplaceable contribution to the beginnings of the Socialist Party.

"Maybe later more,
When a pear has blossomed,
And when the river in April comes down with foam,
I know, I'll come with the white horse,
I will appear before you, - who may not know me,
That some of you were really born later
And others may not have known
Between them I lived, somewhere in a room."  Dritëro Agolli

Many of us know him as a prose writer, publicist, essayist, thinker, critic but Dritëro has also been a very important voice throughout the democratic process as a political thinker, with an irreplaceable contribution to the beginnings of the Socialist Party.
