It is about the notorious criminals as Astrit Avdyli, Emiljano Shullazi, Naim Stafuka, Blerim Abazi, Besian Xhixha, Enver Diva, Robert Laçi, Leonard Duka, Drianto Bardhi, Gjergj Cukali, Viktor Imeraj, Satilno Basho, Xhelal Rraja and Miri Bruli.

Their crimes came to light from the opening of 'Sky Ecc'. They are accused for murder tentative against the brothers Durim and Valter Bami, Ervis Martinaj andf Erigers Mihasi, Preng Gjinit, Elvis Gacajt dhe Altin Gegës, Arben Ndokës, Fatmir and Armando Hysenit.

They operated for revenge due to the clashes between the criminal gangs.
