The vice Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku voted early this Sunday morning. She said that Albania deserves a calm and normal process.

"It is a very important day for our country. Is the day when we vote to elect new mayors nationwide. On this day it is important to have a normal process," said Balluku.

According to her, Albania must have a normal process, not interrupted by anything.

Over 3 millions of Albanians has the right to vote.
