The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi was sued at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) by the Albanian Power Corporation. 

He is accused for defamation and insult against this corporation.

According to the Penal Code, if he will declared guilty will be condemned with a fine that varies from 50.000 to 1 million ALL.

Bardhi was also accused by the former director of the police, Edmond Sulaj. He accused Sulaj that when he was on the top of the Shkdora Police, he was appointed by the crime in this duty.
