The opposition leader, Sali Berisha had a meeting this Sunday in Rome where he met the Albanian diaspora that lives in Italy. 

According to Berisha, everyone should return to invest in their home to contribute and remove the actual government.

He promised that if he will be voted to take the power, he will apply zero taxes for the emigrants that return home and invest in their country for at last five years.

"Edi Rama cannot control your vote, he cannot buy you. Come back to lead us towards a victory," said Berisha.

He guaranteed that his program will transform Albania.
