Berisha's Supporters Tries to Enter DP Headquarters

The Commission for the Re-establishment of the Democratic Party (DP) departed for the blue headquarters for the third day in a row despite they were not allowed to enter the premises.

Albaniandailynews.com has learned that they want to hold a meeting in the DP building, a day before the protest called by former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha. In the last few days in the DP building went MPs Flamur Noka, Aldo Bumçi, other members of the Group for the Re-establishment of the DP and young people of the FRPD.

The latter tried to enter the headquarters, but could not because the doors were closed. They have accused the leader of the Democrats, Lulzim Basha, of turning the DP into a bunker, which according to them will be liberated on January 8.

On January 8, Sali Berisha has summoned democrats all over Albania to gather at DP headquarters in order to remove Basha from his office. Sali Berisha previously discharged Basha at the National Assembly of December 11, as well as in the Referendum of December 18, but Basha doesn't recognize this decisions, calling them decisions only for the interest of Berisha.
