Edi Rama Signals New Political Season as Socialist Party Holds Tirana Meeting

Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared details of a meeting with Socialist Party lawmakers and other party officials from the Tirana region, describing it as part of preparations for the party’s upcoming political season.

Rama also published photographs from the meeting on Facebook, saying discussions focused on the organization of “Prania Besnike,” the methodology of “BESA,” and the new “PasqyrAlbania” system.

The meeting brought together Socialist Party members of parliament and other officials responsible for the party’s organizational units across Tirana.

In his social media post, Rama described the discussions as useful and said the gathering represented a necessary step toward preparing for the Socialist Party’s new political season.

“Today, with the MPs and other leaders of the organizational units of the Socialist Party in Tirana, we had a useful discussion on the organization of Prania Besnike, the BESA methodology and the new PasqyrAlbania system, taking a necessary step in preparing for the new political season of the Socialist Party,” Rama wrote.

The meeting comes as the governing Socialist Party prepares for its next phase of political activity, with party organization and internal structures among the issues highlighted by the prime minister.
