BALFIN recently took part in EXPO REAL 2025, Europe’s leading trade fair for real estate and investment, held in Munich. Gathering more than 1,700 companies from 34 countries and over 42,000 participants, the event brought together industry leaders, investors, and developers to exchange insights and explore future trends in real estate sector. For BALFIN, this edition represented an important step forward, positioned as an established exhibitor alongside some of Europe’s leading real estate and investment players.

The Group showcased a selection of its most ambitious developments, including Green Coast, New Apollonia and Vlora Marina, while also highlighting projects tied to its ongoing international expansion in Austria, United States of America and Canada.
