The Special Prosecution against Corrupsion (SPAK) has requested the seizure of a €2.6 million castle in France that prosecutors allege is linked to Ermal Beqiri, according to an official statement released on Saturday.

The property in the photo is the castle, located in the Oise department, north of Paris, and is believed by prosecutors to be the estate referenced in SPAK's seizure request. The castle's official website reportedly lists Ermal Beqiri in its legal notice section.

The property is identified as Château d'Auteuil in Berneuil-en-Bray, described on its official website as "an exclusive and little-known venue, a private historic monument located about one hour from Paris in Oise."

According to publicly available information on the property's website, the castle was sold on December 30, 2024, for €2,612,200. The sale price closely matches the amount cited by SPAK in its announcement regarding the acquisition of a castle in Oise.

SPAK has not publicly disclosed additional details regarding the legal basis for the seizure request, while the court is expected to review the prosecutors' application as part of the ongoing proceedings.
