The Special Court against Corruption, released from prison this Monday the administrator of a company, Leonard Gjini arrested after the explosion happened in Lushnje, when two people died and seven others were injured, among them even socialist MP, Bujar Çela.

Meanwhile, this court decided to leave the measure of 'prohibition to leave the country' and 'suspension of duty' for Robert Kola, Kudret Sulo, Miklovan Petro, Ilmi Uku and Eugert Sina.

So far it is unknown the health condition of socialist MP, Bujar Çela as he is under investigation by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).
