Former Socialist MP Threatened to Give Up Ksamil Building

Former Member of Parliament for the Socialist Party (SP) and composer Limos Dizdari has claimed Friday that he has been threatened to give up his building in Ksamil village, which in turn is a former municipality in the riviera of Southern Albania, and part of Butrint National Park.

On live television, Dizdari states that some people want to take the building in Ksamil, where he has been living for 23 years, adding that the aggressors certainly have political support.

"I have been living in the same building for 23 years. We are not here to wait for death. They want to take my building in Ksamil. OSHEE has stopped the lights and the water supply has cut off my water. Aggressors may have political support.

Albanians are not fleeing, but they are being driven away in a horrible way. This song is directed by our Prime Minister, he has international support for this. We sent a letter to the Prime Minister and people in high positions and they did not respond.

Even Gramoz Ruçi does not answer, he did not do the job. My daughters sent a letter to Rama and he did not reply. I have a very big sadness and I wonder how to feed my cell phone with energy, how to make a tea, I do not have water to wash my head, let alone sit down and continue my creativity.

The Minister of Culture goes to Butrint, to those illegal constructions, to the unjust ones. These are not SP, it has been usurped by a gang that has nothing to do with socialist ideals", declared Dizdari.
