The Ambassador of France to Albania, Catherine Suard, declared from Shkodra on Tuesday that her country did not obstacle the Albania's integration to EU. 

According to her Albania should work more to be part of the EU. 

Speaking from an activity of the University of Foreign Languages 'Luigj Gurakuqi', she said that Albania has the support of France, but this country should do more. 

"I would like to mention Macron's recent visit to Albania and throughout his visit he mentioned France's support for Albania in terms of EU integration. During this mandate that I have just started, I say that France is supporting the integration of Albania and we are working on this. I would also like to underline the vision we have for Europe, for a strong Europe and normally also a strong Albania. Albania must make further, continuous and frequent improvements", she said.
