An earthquake was recorded during the early hours of this Tuesday morning, which was felt even in Attica. 

Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens announced that the seismological network recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.8 on the Richter scale. 

The earthquake occurred at a distance of 101 km southwest of Athens. 

Epicenter of the earthquake is located in the marine area 16 km northeast of Leonidios.
