The Parliament Speaker, Niko Peleshi excluded from the today's session the head of the Democratic Party Parliamentaery Group, Gazment Bardhi for frequent suspension of the Parliament and for insult in his addreess. 

At the same time, even Klevis Balliu was warned by Peleshi, to have the same fate if he will continue to obstacle the Parliamentary session.

Bardhi refused to allow the normal session, accusing Peleshi for being incopetent to direct a session.

Was this moment that forced the Parliamentary Speaker to exclude him for this session.

Despite this decision, Bardhi refused to leave causing the Parliament to be blocked for a long period of time.
