High Court Rejects Fredi Beleri's Appeal

The High Court has rejected the appeals of Elected Himara Mayor, Fredi Beleri, who has been in jail since May 12, where he is accused of election corruption, in collaboration with Pandeli Kokaveshi. 

Thus, the court rejected for the second time the appeal of Fredi Beleri, who requested a lighter security measure than prison arrest. 

The appeal of Beleri and Pandeli Kokaveshi was reviewed in the counselling room, while earlier he was denied freedom by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO).
