The High Prosecutorial Council (HPC) promoted this Monday in her duty the wife of former prosecutor of Kukesi, Xhevair Lita arrested last year for connections with the organized crime.

Besime Lita, was appointed as judicial advisor at this institution while earlier she was director of the human resources. 

Speaking on the issue, HPC said that the process was initiated before the arrest of his husband, while clarified that there it doesn't see any problem.

Xhevahir Lita, former head of Kukesi Prosecution was arrested with the order of the Special Prosecution against corruption.
