An execution took place late on Saturday evening in the city of Vlora, where 41-year-old Leartiad Keka (Lekaj) was shot to death with a firearm. 

According to local media, the victim was riding a motorcycle when an "Audi A6" vehicle approached him and a person shot him near the public library. 

As soon as he was shot, the 41-year-old man fell down and tried to leave, but the perpetrator shot again, leaving him dead on the spot. 

Menwhile, in the area where the incident took place, there are businesses and security cameras, which are expected to help the police.
