Arben Ivanaj, 51 years old, passed away this Thursday noon in the village of Dedaj in Malësia e Madhe due to bad weather. 

Sources inform that the 51-year-old has been staying in the apartment of his neighbour P. Ç. 63 years old, at the moment when the building was created an electric spark.As a result, the dwelling was partially burned. The 51-year-old suffered burns on his body and died at the Shkodra Regional Hospital. 

"On 09.06.2022, at 13:15, in the village of Dedaj, Malësi e Madhe, it is suspected that due to the lightning strike, an electric spark was created in the apartment of the citizen P. Ç. 63 years old. 

As a result, the apartment was partially burned, and the citizen A. I., 51 years old, resident in the village of Dedaj, Malësi e Madhe, who was staying in this apartment, died in the Shkodra Regional Hospital, after suffering burns on his body. 

The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event," the police inform.
