One Arrested as Police Continue Operation in Fushë-Krujë

New details emerge regarding the operation of the Rapid Intervention Forces (FNSH) in Fushe-Kruje. The State Police has undertaken an action this Thursday morning to handcuff the perpetrators of the robbery of the businessman, Nazmi Çangu. 

As reported, the operation started at 4 a.m., when one person was arrested, another was declared wanted and several others were accompanied. 

The operation came after arrest warrants issued by the Kruja Court at the request of the Prosecution. It is learned that it was the traces left in the villa of the businessman Çangu by the perpetrators that led to their identification, while from the control in an apartment, illegal items were discovered. Saimir Kuçi was handcuffed, while Artan Prenga was declared wanted. 

Kuçi was arrested as a member of the gang that assaulted the businessman Çangu inside the apartment. He is known as a person with a criminal record and was arrested earlier in the operation 'Shadow of the Night'. 

According to the police, Artan Prenga is the head of the criminal group and it turns out to be listed in the field of robberies. He was not found during police searches at his apartment and has been declared wanted. 

The court of Kruja had signed and authorized the control of 7 apartments and some other persons were escorted for whom it was not decided whether they will be kept or released. Signal interceptors and drugs were found in Saimir Kuçi's apartment.
