Starting from August 1 of this year, applications for identity cards and passports will be made with new coupons. 

The coupons will be from the state company "IdentiTek", which citizens will be able to find in all offices of the Albanian Post. 

"Ministry of the Interior & "ALEAT" inform citizens that the deadline for applying for biometric ID cards or passports, through "Aleat" coupons, is July 26, 2023. At the end of this month, on July 31, the concessionary contract for the production of biometric documents ends. From August 1 onwards, the service will be offered without interruption to citizens by the state company "IdentiTek"," announced the Police.
