President of the Republic, Ilir Meta received in a meeting this Saturday the iconic basketball player of Partizan, Edgar Prifti, champion of the years, '70 -'80. 

President Meta, while praising the basketball player, he also showed the collage of works written during dictatorship by the father of Edgar Prifi, the talented intelectuala Robert Prifti. 

"I was happy to meet the iconic basketball player, Edgar Prifti, the virtuoso organizer of "Partizan" super champion of the '70s-'80s. Edgar gave me a collage of the works of his father, the talented intellectual and writer Robert Prifti. 

They include novels, stories and essays written during the dictatorship, where the "Eye of Polyphemus" undoubtedly stands out. Edgar Prifti is also the son of the prominent Albanian scientist, Luigjina Kodheli Prifti, whom for her extraordinary contribution to the development of agriculture, I had the honor to award with the high title" Grand Master", writes Meta.
