Prosecution Request Accepted, Benyamin Hajro Sentenced 25 Years in Prison for the Murder of Two Men in 97'

The Court of Berat announced this Tuesday guilty Byniamin Hajro, accused for committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder", carried out in cooperation provided by Articles 78/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code against the victims E.P. and A.A., in 1997 and sentencing him with 25 years in prison. 

Court accepted the request of the Prosecution sentencing Hajro with 25 years in prison. 

He is accused for the murder of two men, Arjan Avdullai and Edmond Pema in 1997?

The investigations of the prosecution showed that the defendant, in cooperation with other unidentified persons, after kidnapping the victims put them in a garage and tortured them by hitting them with strong tools, with firearms and burned them alive, thus causing their death. After the torture, the perpetrators dragged the bodies of the victims by car into the city.
The prosecution proved that the defendant B.H. acted in cooperation with other unidentified persons to commit the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder", carried out in collaboration (twice), provided by Articles 78/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code and he committed this offense holding the roles of both organizer and executor.

As above, it was concluded that the citizen B.H., with his illegal actions, has consumed all the elements of the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder", provided for by Article 78/1 of the Criminal Code.
