Rama Inspects Stabilized Road Section on Librazhd–Prrenjas Axis

Edi Rama inspected on Saturday the provisional road built along the Librazhd–Prrenjas Road, which authorities say has now been stabilized and reopened to normal traffic.

The Albanian prime minister was joined by the newly appointed Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, during the visit to the road segment connecting the towns of Librazhd and Prrenjas.

According to officials, traffic has resumed normally for all types of vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks, through a temporary diversion built along the route of Corridor VIII.

The inspection focused on the stabilization works carried out on the road axis and the functioning of the provisional deviation, which has been put in place to ensure uninterrupted circulation while longer-term infrastructure work continues in the area.
