Rama-Vucic at Dinner Meeting in Belgrade, Alex Soros Joins Them
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama was received at a dinner meeting by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade. After the press conference it was learned that Rama and Vucic were not alone at the dinner.
According to journalists, the American ambassador to Serbia, Christopher Hill, was present at their dinner. From the same sources, it is revealed that Alex Soros, the son of billionaire George Soros, has also joined.
At the center of the talks with President Vucic, as it was announced during the joint conference between them, was the situation with Kosovo and the tensions in the North, as well as the Open Balkans initiative.
Rama's visits to the region coincide with a period of Kosovo-Serbia tensions that increased at the end of May when the Albanian mayors of the northern municipalities of Kosovo took office with the support of the police, after the local elections in April.
