SP-DP Debate over 'Xibraka' Case in Parliament

The 'Xibraka' case caused debates this Thursday in Parliament, as the democrat Gazment Bardhi required a motion with debates in Parliament, although this request was refused by the ruling party during the meeting of the Chairmen Conference.

The head of the socialist Parliamentary Group, Bledi Çuçi, said that this case was exhausted by the justice.

"In the advocacy that you have taken over, you have decided to tear up the Constitution and remove any possibility of control and debate, you received a political order to block it, when you block it, you have the obligation to explain why you block it, we have the obligation to inform why it should be developed a motion in the debate, give us the explanations why you did not bring it to the plenary session and give us the opportunity in 10 minutes why you do not allow the debate to take place over Xibraka case," said Bardhi.

But according to Çuçi there is nothing to debate.

"The case of Xibraka was investigated and judged with a final decision. For us, there is no such issue for a motion with debate", declared Çuçi.
