The Special College of Appeal discharged from duty this Thursday the judge of Gjirokastra Arben Dosti.

Decision was taken by the members Natasha Mulaj, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi and Sokol Çomo.

Judge Dosti was confirmed on December 2021, but the decision was apealed by the commissioner, Florian Ballhysa.

This decision is final and enters in force immediately.
