Sylvinho Meets Coaches of Youth National Teams
The new coach of the national team, Sylvinho, started work immediately after he officially took office on Monday. The Brazilian along with his two assistant coaches, Pablo Zabaleta and Dorival Guidoni Junior have held a meeting with all the coaches of the youth national teams, for boys and girls.
Coach of the Girls' National Team, Armir Grima, coach of the U-21 National Team, Alban Bushi, coach of the U-19 National Team, Armando Cungu, coach of the U-18 National Team, Ardi Behari, coach of the U-17 National Team, Ervin Bulku, coach of the U-16 National Team, Agron Kiçova, coach of the U-15 National Team, Armand Damo, coach of the U-19 National Team for girls, Kreshnik Krepi, coach of the U-17 National Team, for girls, Agustin Kola as well as the director of the Teams Department National team in the AFL, Dritan Babamusta and manager Denis Lilo, were all present at the meeting.
After the presentation, coach Sylvinho was optimistic about this new cooperation and showed his enthusiasm for this new adventure with Albania. The Brazilian emphasized that the cooperation between the coaches of the youth national teams and the National A will be very close to prepare and affirm as many talented players as possible.
Also, Sylvinho got to know the way of organizing all the age teams and the training program or methodologies they apply during the year, as he also got information about the way prominent elements are monitored which are activated especially abroad.
The coach of the national team emphasized that the common goal is the same, to affirm as many young footballers as possible, but also to get as many positive results as possible with all national teams of all ages. Similar meetings will be periodic as the new technical staff prepares for the start of the Germany 2024 Euro qualifiers in March.
