The three detainees who beat up the police officer will be excluded for 14 days from any joint activity in Peqin prison. 

It is about three detainees K.L, K.I and A.D. Also, there will be an evaluation in order to decide if they will be sent to the 41/BIS regimen for 90 days.

"After the incident that happened in IEVP Peqin, where three detainees K.L, K.I and A.D hit the police officers on duty, the leaders of IEVP Peqin and the entire management chain of prisons took the following measures: 

a) Exclusion of the three detainees for 14 days from any joint activity in the Peqin PEI. 
b) Preparation of practice for pre-detainee K.L for his transition to the special regime for 90 days. 
c) Referral of the case to the prosecutor's office for the three detainees. 
d) The evaluation has started if any of the three detainees meet the elements to move to the 41/BIS regime", it is announced by Prisons Directorate.
