Mariglen Qato, director of the Inspectorate of the Protection of the Territory in Tirana Municipality was arrested this Thursday by order of the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

He was denounced by the opposition for corruption with some tenders, and benefited through his relatives.

The opposition pretends that Qato earned money through his company 5D Konstruction, and according to them earned 30 million euro from 45 tenders procedures.
