Eight people have been handcuffed in the capital this Monday, for various criminal offenses. 

A 51-year-old man has been arrested for using violence against his wife and minor son. 2 others were arrested for theft and for illegal production and possession of weapons. 

Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens: 

- V. M., 39 years old, after driving the vehicle, he injured the pedestrian, citizen E. B., 27 years old; 
- A. B., 32 years old and E. M., 36 years old, after being caught driving the respective vehicles while being drunk; 
- K. M., 18 years old, after he was caught driving the vehicle, without a driving license. 
- R. P., 54 years old, after driving a motor vehicle, while being drunk, collided with the vehicle driven by the citizen S. V.
