Two American Black Hawk helicopters will be added to the arsenal of the Armed Forces later this month. 

Defence Minister Niko Peleshi says that it is "a big investment and an important step that will give us the power and commitment needed to fulfil tactical missions and emergency operations more efficiently and safely." 

Among other things, Peleshi says that this is a clear sign that the country is investing in strength and security. 

"This long-awaited news at the beginning of this year, in cooperation with our strategic partner and ally USA, is a clear sign that our country is investing in its strength and security, making Albania a safer country and prepared for next challenges", Peleshi emphasizes.
