US Ambassador Eric Wendt Meets SPAK Chief Klodian Braho in Tirana
The US Ambassador to Albania Eric Wendt met with Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) chief Klodian Braho at the institution’s headquarters on Saturday, in a visit whose purpose has not yet been publicly disclosed.
Wendt arrived at SPAK accompanied by members of his delegation and other U.S. officials, according to reports.
The meeting comes just four days after the American diplomat held talks with the heads of two other Albanian justice institutions, drawing attention to his recent engagements with the country’s judicial leadership.
No official details have been released regarding the agenda of Saturday’s meeting or the issues discussed by Wendt and Braho.
