30 Senior Leaders to Gather in Tirana for EU Summit
Summit of the European Union with the Western Balkans will take place on Tuesday, December 6 in Tirana, where the leaders of the European countries are expected to participate.
At the Summit, will be present the President of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Leyen, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, the Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, and the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban.
Meanwhile, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has refused to participate in the Summit, although the Serbian Prime Minister has had a different attitude from the President, saying that he should join.
On the same day as the Summit, the protest called by the opposition will take place. Former Prime Minister and Head of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha in his statements to the media said that the protest will be a message for the EU.
