The Republic of Albania has made the decision to open an Embassy in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. 

The decision is signed and enters into force immediately by publishing in “Official Journal:

Opening of the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Albania in Azerbaijan 

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and point 1 of Article 21 of Law No. 23/2015, “On the Foreign Service of the Republic of Albania”, on the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers decided: 

The opening of the diplomatic mission "Embassy" of the Republic of Albania in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. 
The costs of opening this diplomatic mission will be borne by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs budget for 2023. 
The Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs for the implementation of this decision is charged. 
This decision shall enter into force immediately and is published in the "Official Journal".
