The acting chairman of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, held a meeting this Monday in Mallakastër, where the democratic candidate Agron Kapllanaj was also present. During his speech, Alibeaj said that it is the moment for this municipality to return to the citizens, while he called on the citizens to vote for Kapllanaj, the candidate of the Democratic Party for this municipality, on the 14th. 

"In four years, that municipality was used simply and only as a tool to use them. No way to serve the citizens, no way to return that money from the budget, from taxes, back to services. No, simply and only it was used as a means to profit according to Edi Rama's model there. Well, May 14 is the moment for that municipality to return, not to Agron Kapllanaj, but to the citizens of Mallakastra, and this can be done by all being together", said Alibeaj. 

Furthermore, Alibeaj stopped talking about what he called the 'mismanagement' of the country by Prime Minister Edi Rama. He emphasized that he is the biggest evil of the country.

"The municipality, will be the big house of the citizens. The municipality that must give life and occupy all the projects that the Malkastrians need, regardless of political colours. The municipality that will continue once infrastructure projects, roads, will build schools, will deal with drinking water, will be close to farmers. This is what we undertake, how we get in front of the citizens. Even in an atypical and abnormal situation for us", continued Alibeaj during his speech.
