Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption (GJKKO) has accepted the request of SPAK for seizure of Redjan Rraja's assets. 

GJKKO decided to seize an apartment in Tirana; three shops; two garages; two "Audi A8" cars; a Rolex watch and 2,750 euros.

Redjan Rraja was arrested in 2019 after an assassination attempt on the car in which former prosecutor of Durres Arjan Ndoja was traveling, together with gangster of Shijak Aleksandër Laho as well as the driver Andi Maloku. The latter was killed in the assassination attempt, while the targets of shooting prosecutor Ndoja and Laho were injured. 

Notification: 

Based on the provisions of Law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "For the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime and Trafficking Through Preventive Measures against Wealth", the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime registered on 22.01.2021 property proceeding no. 2, in charge of the citizens of Redjan Rraja. 

In the function of the investigations of this property proceeding, many investigative actions have been carried out and at their conclusion today on 13.10.2022 the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime addressed the Court with the request for confiscation of assets as follows: 

-Apartment property, with a surface area of ??76 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of the citizen R. Rraja. 
-Property, with a surface area of ??30 m2, unit (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen R. Rraja. 
-Unit property with a plot of 127.5 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja. 
-Garage property with a total area of ??18.09 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja. 
-Garage property with a total area of ??18.09 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is in the indirect possession of the citizen R. Rraja. 
-The gray Audi type vehicle, A8, seized from the citizen K. K. but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja. 
-Vehicle with license plate Audi A8, registered in the name of R. Rraja. 
-A Rolex wristwatch. 
-Amount of 2750 Euros. 

These assets have been seized by decision no. 22 dated 23.10.2021 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.
