SPAK Requires 4 Years in Jail for Former Minister of Environment

The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required this Friday four years in jail for the former minister of environment, Lefter Koka over incinerator case.

At the same time, SPAK required the same sentence for Bledar Karoli, Fatjon Murati, Taulant Tushe, Namik Simixhiu. Meanwhile for the others, Valbona Ballgjini, Sidita Kompliku and Jetmir Llapaj, required 2 years in jail.

Defendants for the same case are even Etleva Kondi, Alba Thoma, Pellumb Abeshi and Silena Tola. 

They are all accused for 'Abuse of duty' committed in collaboration.
