Car Movement Halted in Pristina for Albania-Kosovo Govt Meet

Joint meeting between the government of Albania and Kosovo will be held this Monday in Pristina, therefore the Kosovo capital's authorities have temporarily blocked the movement of vehicles on some streets.

According to the Kosovo Police, at the moment of arrival of state representatives from Albania, to enable free movement of official escorts under escort and security, the traffic police will make temporary interruptions in short time intervals of vehicle traffic in some road segments, where delegations are expected to pass.

However, the last meeting between the two Kosovo-Albania governments was held on November 26 in Elbasan. It was the first meeting between the two Albanian governments with Albin Kurti as Prime Minister.

In the meantime, the draft agreements that will be signed may be ready after the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, asked the ministers to complete the issues related to the interstate agreements by June 10.
