Salianji Refused to Be Released by High Court

The High Court refused this Tuesday to release the former democrat MP, Ervin Salianji, who cannot run for member of Parliament in the upcoming elections of May 11.

According to today's decision, Salianji will continue to stay in jail until the end of his sentence.

Salianji is suffering the sentence of arrest in prison, for one year for false denouncation.

According to the court, in 2018 he made public records that resulted false, accusing the brother of the Interior Minister for being involved in drug trafficking.
