"We no longer have the phenomenon of vehicles without papers, which were sold and did not change ownership. What we have achieved in these years, apart from car registration and the application deadline, we have finally managed to have a new standard of DPSHTRR (General Directorate of Road Transport Services) construction throughout the country. Seeing the extent of the Dibra region, such a project was necessary", said Balluku.

The general director of Road Transport, Blendi Gonxhe, during the inspection of the Regional Directorate in Mat, stated that the official phase for the Formula 1 track project will start in September.
