The Democratic Party MP, Albana Vokshi in her speech in the Parliament stated that the 2022 Health budget has zero policy to not allow doctors to leave the country. 

Vokshi, said that the Minister of Health has not announced the number of doctors who have left Albania, because according to her doctors leave every year. 

While reacting with criticism to the Prime Minister Edi Rama, for the Democratic MP the concessions of these years have brought the state to its knees and that the citizens are the ones who will pay dearly for the corruption. 

"With the money given to unnecessary and abusive concessions, two super hospitals could have been built. A pure theft of public money. I asked the minister to inform us about the number of doctors leaving, but she refused to do so because the doctors leave every year. 

Other countries treat them with the dignity they deserve. The 2022 budget does not praise them either. This budget has zero policy to keep doctors in Albania, it is a document drafted backwards and it will deepen poverty even more. The DP vote is against because this is the budget of the oligarchs, where the concessions of these years have brought the state to its knees. 

The end of the year is approaching as well as the holidays. There will be holidays for you, but not for Albanians. We have a big problem with this government because they cheat, steal elections and are not accountable. Citizens will continue to pay dearly for corruption, as long as Rama is in charge of the government he will continue to mock the citizens. The biggest moral challenge of the DP is to come together to escape from evil, so the vote of the DP goes against this budget", said Vokshi.
