Police have handcuffed a 22-year-old, identified as Ariel Rraja - the grandson of the former socialist Mp, Rrahman Rraja - who was caught with narcotics.

During the search of his vehicle in Nikël, money and cocaine were found on the young man, which were seized along with the vehicle.

This is not the first time that members of the Rraja tribe have encountered problems with justice.

They were involved in the scandal of the rape of two members of the Maya tribe, for the conflict over the quarry.

The violence also led to the resignation of the former socialist deputy, Rrahman Rraja.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further actions.
