Fier Prosecution Seizes Lamborghini of Arber Muca, a Year Ago were Seized even Euro 2 mln
Fier Prosecution Office, within investigations into criminal case no. 1162, dated 15.10.2020, concerning the criminal offense of “Laundering the Proceeds of Criminal offense or Criminal Activity,” as stipulated in Article 287 of the Criminal Code, has seized the luxury vehicle, a ‘Lamborghini Urus Mansory’, owned by Arber Muca.
This prosecution office has registered the asset proceeding No. 3 of 2024, ex officio, pursuant to Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009, "On Preventing and Striking at Organized Crime, Trafficking, and Corruption through Preventive Measures Against Assets." The seizure of the luxury vehicle comes one year after previous seizures of movable assets (vehicles, jewelry, and monetary values) and immovable property worth approximately €2 million belonging to A.M.
The luxury vehicle was seized by the decision of July 10, 2025, and is reported to have been modified by the Mansory factory. It was brought to Albania from Dubai and concealed through third parties.
Furthermore, Fier Prosecution Office reaffirms its full commitment to continuing investigations into criminal groups involved in illegal enrichment, including through measures for the seizure and confiscation of assets.
