Former Gramsh Mayor Arrested after Clashing with Police
Former MP Dritan Bici, who previously served as mayor in the city of Gramsh for the Socialist Party, was handcuffed by the Gramsh police after clashing with the officers.
It is learned that Bici was arrested because of a fine imposed on his son's vehicle, after the latter had parked in the place reserved for the Gramsh police.
Bici argued and clashed with the police officers of Gramsci until the moment when the former MP tried to hit one of the two police officers.
As a result, he was arrested by the police on the charge of threatening the police officers, while the Court of First Instance in Elbasan decided the measure of arrest and obligation to appear for the former MP Bici.
Dritan Bici is also the former president of Gramsh's team, where he is remembered for the story that happened 10 years ago, where he entered the stadium field by car.
Dissatisfied with the refereeing during the Gramshi-Mamurrasi match, Bici entered the playing field with his car, interrupting the match. The reaction of the former mayor at the time happened under the pretext that the referee of the match was favouring Mamurrasi.
