The Special Court gave Wednesday the decision on former Mayor of Kukesi, Safet Gjici and the girl involved in the video that forced him to resign, Alma Kaci.

Court gave 3 years of jail for Gjici, who will suffer only two due to the shortened trial.

While Alma Kaci was sentenced with one year of jail.

Former mayor appeared tearful during the session as he was condemned for abuse of duty not corruption. Meanwhile Kaci was declared guilty for prostitution.

According to the Special Prosecution, Safet Gjici benefited sexual favors from Kaci, offering to her a project from the municipality.
