Former Shengjin Mayor Threatened with Weapon
Salvador Kaçaj, the former mayor of the Municipality of Shengjin, has filed a complaint with the police, where he claims that he was threatened by two people who blocked his way with a car. According to the police, it is suspected that one of the persons was armed.
The police say that the driver of the vehicle in which Kaçaj was traveling maneuvered by turning the vehicle in the direction of Lezha and they immediately came to the police where they filed a complaint.

Around 18:00, citizen S. K., 56 years old, a resident of Lezhë, appeared at the Lezhë Police Station and reported that he was driving his vehicle together with his son and the driver, on the Lezhë-Milot road axis, and specifically, as soon as he passes the place called M+, two vehicles have come in front of him, blocking his way. Two people unknown to him got out of the vehicle, where one of them ran towards his vehicle and allegedly had a pistol in his hand.
The driver of the vehicle in which the citizen S.K. was traveling, maneuvered by turning the vehicle in the direction of Lezha and they immediately came to the police where they filed a report.
In relation to the complaint of the citizen S.K., the Police services have immediately notified the Prosecutor and under his direction, they are carrying out all investigative and procedural actions with the aim of fully elucidating the circumstances of the event, identifying and apprehending the suspected perpetrators," the police said.
