Residents of Porto Romano, Durrës, were evacuated this Wednesday from the area because there is a leak in the gas tanks of a factory. For this reason, it is learned that classes have also been suspended at the Met Hasa school. 

Police are in the area as reports of a heavy odor that has spread in Porto Romano. 

"A big fear, this is the second time this is happening, it became a problem two or three months ago, no measures were taken. If there had been a spark here at the ambulance or the school, it would have been an unprecedented disaster. This has become a problem since the first time but no action was taken. It has been two weeks since this area has been engulfed by the smell of gas. This is like a time mine, you don't know when it will explode", said a resident of the area.
