The Prosecution Office of Gjirokastra, following the conclusion of the investigation and the judicial review requests 30 years in prison for citizen Th. M. charged of criminal offence of ‘Murder in other qualifying circumstances’ provided for by Article 79/dh of the Criminal Code.

The investigations into criminal proceeding no.240, of 2024, concluded that the defendant Th.M., is guilty and the Prosecution Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastër in presenting its final argument requests his sentence of 30 years in prison for the murder of elderly couple K.I. and K.I., in the village of Bodrishtë, Dropull.
