The commandant of the Guard of Republic in Albania, Gramoz Sako gave his resignation to Interior Minister, Taulant Balla. After 11 years in this position, Sako decided to leave and albaniandailynews.com has learned that minister already accepted his resignation.

Minister thanked Sako for his contribution on the duty, while he has the duty to appoint a new command soon.

So far the reason of the resignation are unclear, while it is not clear yet if it is his decision or came due to restructuration of the institution.
