Special Court has ordered the compulsory escort of justice collaborator Luftar Reçim from the Drenova prison for trial testimony to Tirana, as reported Monday.

But he has demanded to not testify in person, with the argument that he is sick and that his life is in danger.

"I suffer from several diseases and my life is in danger. I can no longer appear at the hearing. I want to give my testimony via Skype", Reçi is said to have said.

In the SPAK file, Reçi is presented as the "repentant" of the group, who willingly agreed to confess the events of February 26 and 27, 2005.

According to him, he, together with Plaurent Dervishaj, Lulzim Berisha, Viktor Ymeri, Indrit Taullain and Emiljano Shullazin, carried out the assassinations of businessman Vajdin Lame and Klodian Saliu.

On the other hand, Emiljano Shullazi asked the court that Luftar Reçi appear at the hearing and confront him and the other defendants.

He claims that the witness Reçi has cheated and his confessions are not true.
